Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Easy check in process. Room is clean and reasonably modern. Only minor pain was that the toilet flush is old and you need to pull the lever hard to flush.

The experience was ok but was degraded at the end by someone at reception who messed up with the laundry. Laundry was not delivered. I was not informed and I have been told I was not answering the phone. Do I need to wait in the room all day to get my lawn dry ?? Can’t I pay during check out. Staff was rude It was a bad experience

The hotel is lovely, nice rooms, clean and well decorated. Very quiet despite being in a busy location. However, I was very disappointed of the service received at checkout. It took 20 minutes for the girl to complete the checkout and she made a grave mistake by charging us for the car park twice. She charged the card we used to pay at check in and then she also took a payment from another card. Luckily I checked the account and realised that a payment for £16.50 was taken from the checked in card as well from the card she asked me to pay for at checkout. I had to phone the hotel and the gentleman was very efficient and sorted it for us. The girl at checkout was rude and arrogant, she was looking down on the computer not telling us why she was taking so long, when I asked if there was a problem, she didn't even make eye contact and rudely said, no why would there be a problem? And I replied because she was taking so long, she didn't even acknowledge my comment nor apologise. Needless saying that we will not choose this hotel next time we are staying in the area. Customer Service is very important to me, sorry. Daniela F.
