After checking in, we found our room to - have black mold - it smelt horrible - not cleaned properly - not even close to the pictures I based my booking on. The manager changed our room. Better. But still black mold in the shower and not the room we booked. I want my money back. Ruined our day in nice

The hotel is well situated with the beach less than 3 mins walk away, and there is 2 convenience shops & McDonald's located near the hotel. There are many eateries surrounding the hotel too. Getting from the airport to the hotel was easy via public transport as well. As for the room, it was clean but simple. We had a room with window that faced the courtyard but do note that the windows are covered with a simple day curtain and no proper black out curtains covering the window. As our window was facing the courtyard, it was fine with us. Overall, we had satisfied stay with the hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect position to eenjoy the Promenade des Anglais and other attractions of Nice. My room was very well appointed, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff made me feel very welcome.

I just stayed here with my husband and we had a lovely time. At first, we weren’t fully satisfied with our room and they were professional and moved us to a better room. The garden view and city view room are very spacious. Both the city and garden view rooms have a balcony and offer a view of the stunning ocean. The location is centrally located. I am planning on coming back and staying here because the room and the location can’t be beat. Yes, there are some cosmetic flaws in the details of the room. However, for the price and the location I can easily forget that some of the paint is chipping. I think the negative reviews are people expecting the Ritz. This is not high end luxury. What this is, is an incredible location with amazing views and all the amenities that can make for a comfortable stay. If you want a little more amenities, book the garden or ocean view room.
