Generally, I was happy to stay in this hotel. It is clean and close by the centrum. However, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. I received an unpleasant call for my telling that I haven't checked out on time even though I had that day booked via a separate booking for the same room (which they confirmed is fine). I understand that they may have not seen it in the system etc. but there still was no need to be rude to me. So only for that, I will not stay in this hotel anymore.

The welcome and service received was excellent, apart from a rather grumpy gentleman on night duty. Rooms were comfortable, spotless and modern and had almost everything you would need. Tea and coffee facilities would be a huge bonus. little courtyard garden a great addition, somewhere to relax with a coffee after a long day sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and the waffle maker was great!!!! Overall I will certainly be returning.

Location was great, easy to access public transport. The hotel was just the standard Ibis equipment. The down side was the bar area in the ground floor, the was no buzz and the bar was always dark and no lights on. Nobody there to serve and only 1 person at the reception at the 6pm. So we decided to not use the bar anymore. Everything else was fine.

Good location, within walking distance of many of the attractions in Central Berlin, and with good transport links close by. Staff were very helpful in resolving any issues with the booking immediately and effectively. Very clean and well-presented rooms and main areas.
