Check in was easy. The room was a little disappointing for the price. Needs a bit of a re-fresh. Since this is also has permanent residental accommodation, those residents are able to smoke in their rooms (fair enough) but the smoke etc tended to waft into our room which was not so pleasant. But the beds were comfortable, it was big enough for a short day with family, shower pressure is amazing and wonderful views. We didn't have time to use the other facilities at the hotel (spa, pool, gym etc) but they looked very nice

Awesome stay!

Awesome stay! Stayed in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom ocean view room. Everything was great. Wifi didn’t work (we probably should’ve told reception). There’s a massive outdoor pool but it was a bit cold for us. Outdoor spa next to the pool was awesome. There’s also an indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym that we made use of. Parking was good, we managed to get a space each night despite it being school holidays. Central to everything. Check-in was a bit of a mission as everyone else seemed to be checking in at the same time and there was only one guy on the desk but he managed well! Tour/events desk in the lobby (we stayed in Tower 3) and also a coffee stand with a friendly guy. We’ll definitely stay again if we return to Surfers.

Every aspect of our stay was excellent. The service, accommodation and facilities were to a high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The family enjoyed all facilities and the accommodation was very well maintained. It was a great home away from home.

We had a wonderful time n enjoyed ourselves at the self service apartment. Good staff n excellent pool area spa. place very close to public transport n beach. We loved it. Highly recommended break away from our busy life in Melbourne. Thanks

Always triple check before booking

Room wasn't same as in photos online. No face washers in rooms. Check-in was a nightmare. I wasn't informed about the $500 deposit on check-in, email was never sent to me about it (they checked their system and it wasn't there), and I did not have the money spare. Hotel was quite happy to leave myself and my young children without accommodation. Luckily was able to borrow money otherwise would have been sleeping in the car with 4 young children. Was told money would be back in my bank Sunday on checkout, then informed after it was paid that it would take a week to come back. Huge miscommunication on their end and no help to rectify the situation.
