As mentioned overall disappointing hotel in 2 main subjects. For this price we should expect a certain level of services and support. None of them. We stayed 3 nights there. 1st night the room haven’t been cleaned up. We complained when we came back in the evening. It was mention we put the sign outside “do not enter”. This is totally lies and we have been given just new towels. Day after, same story and this time we put the sign “Please make up the room”. Again no one came in. This is totally unacceptable!!! We are Platinum member for years in ALL and Titanium in Marriott, we never never seen this. Thee is clearly a problem with staff there!!
