Overall great satisfaction with the rooms although a bit small from a rate perspective. Poor experience at the restaurant both from a service and food perspective. Although we had an issue with the chroma st from the TV which was not working in the entire hotel.

We loved our stay here from start to finish. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. A extra big thank you to the concierge Hugo who helped us plan 3 wonderful days of wine tours in the region. He really made the whole experience wonderful and stress free.

Beautiful facility, welcoming staff. Room was visually gorgeous with several practical deficiencies. For instance, no drawers and maybe 2 minuscule shelves to store items that we couldn’t hang on the 6 bulky hangers provided. We could squeeze one suitcase into the “closet” but not both. Most potential storage space was consumed by products being marketed, presumably to “supersize” the customer invoice. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom also lovely if devoid of adequate storage for toiletries, combs, etc. Phiippe Starck may have consulted on superficial design, but I suspect other interests or motives overwhelmed the fundamentally lovely bones of this project. We had a perfectly lovely stay in spite of the minor inconvenience of working around the overly ambitious marketing agenda. Restaurant and bar were beautiful if predictably overpriced.
