lack of staff seems to be the excuse for all the poor service. Room wasn't ready as per advised check-in at 2pm we had to wait an hour and half over this time before rooms were available. Gates and doors to several areas dont work. Was disturbed by a knock at the door around 9pm whilst I was in bed and in my Pj's from a staff member who reported issues with my tv which I had not reported he seem to have gotten the wrong room number but also proceeded to enter into my room without consent.
