Studio room with pool access was awesome, pool area great! However at night once the sliding room door that opens to the balcony is closed you can hear a whizzing sounds, it's very loud and disturbed our sleep. The sound was most probably the winds through the door gaps. Our room was 120

Arrived in the afternoon on a 40 degree day. We went to our room to find no air con on so it was like an oven. We were really uncomfortable and it took well over an hour for the air con’s to even start making a little difference. It was a really disappointing start to our getaway which was for my birthday (and the day we arrived (Friday) was actually my birthday). We then found at night that the light near the door doesn’t turn off and as it was so hot we didn’t want to close the room doors (particularly because one of the rooms did not have air con). Our children were disturbed by the light so we had to pull the card out and had no lights or air con at night which made it even more uncomfortable as it was hot and my 11 year old found it difficult to navigate his way to the bathroom in the middle of the night (as he couldn’t just turn the bathroom light on. The accomodation was tired looking with mould on the curtains. We couldn’t really leave the glass doors open as they didn’t have screens so insects came inside when we tried. We have stayed at the mantra a few times but this was our most disappointing experience, particularly for $500/night.
