I booked my visit at Mama Shelter Paris West at the start of the year, knowing the Mama Shelters in London, I was drawn in by the style and brand of the site and so booked using the additional savings offer by the Dis-Loyalty offers. I honestly do regret booking this, it was extremely over priced for our experience. The room was nice and the staff were extremely kind and helpful - often going the extra mile but it did seem that many were unaware of many of the promises of the Dis-loyalty membership. A few minor issues occurred during our stay, all of which are forgivable in isolation: The vending machine was broken, there were no available seats at the bars, there were no coffee at the additionally paid breakfast, staff unaware what the Dis-Loyalty card is etc. Overall though, my disappointment comes from just how confused the brand is - when we arrived, there was one pear, a bottle of apricot juice and a cookie on the table (?). It was raining, we saw an umbrella in our room and thought that's very thoughtful of them - no, pay €20 for it. Even the masks in the room's bed posts had a price tag..! We really wanted to enjoy our stay here, but everything just felt like an opportunity to push confused add-ons, mark-ups and additional sales to us. You could tell where corners were cut and spend was reduced by the hotel. It felt like our revenue was the priority to the brand, and our actual experience when there was secondary; while your staff have to try and pick up the pieces of the confused experience that remains. So overall just left a bit of a bitter taste. I think next time, I would rather spend a bit more and stay somewhere slightly more premium as it was a bit of an unenjoyable stay by the time we left. So I wouldn't recommend Mama Shelter simply because we didn't feel the experience matched the price paid. I think an airbnb would be of better value, similar provisions and a better experience. Anyways, hope that's somewhat useful feedback and a score. Thanks

Despite arrived at the wrong "MAMA Shelter" in Paris, I arrived well in the right hotel and although I was "too" early for having my room available I could enter the spacious room. All necessary features for a business application were there although it required some searching to find everything and to explore all features of the room. I want to congratulate for the offered options as breakfast : all required ingredients were available offering a copious first meal of the day with continental style or English style servings. Much appreciated was also the omelette service providing the food as requested.
