This stay was an absolute chaos, didn’t receive the room I paid for, staff was unfriendly, and the room was dirty and dangerous (because of mold). Very unsatisfied.

Non-functioning air conditioning made the room unbearably hot.

Room 519 smells like a sewer. The problem is the same with many of your rooms as we had 8 rooms. Breakfast was average at best. By 830 the majority of the fruit was gone and never replaced.
