the location was great. Room was ok. we stayed in the weekend and there was a kids activity near the swimming pool. was great, for kids. we made mix of syrup. the bartender pak wandi and the staff fannie were great. the swimming pool in the rooftop. little bit small but ok

Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my friend would surely choose it again next time for kur bussiness. Great location, great service, friendly staff (Especially for helping me to find my wallet, I would like to thank Ms Pau who helped me find my lost items. very helpfull) And somepoint ; Good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you!

The hotel is good, of course it is 4 or 5 stars I think. Good location because I know the area so that's why I choose the hotel. Love the swimming pool. This is my first time using All.com to reserve a hotel, and I'm upset with the room I got. The view from my room is terrible. I usually book hotel from online travel agency, even with the cheapest room, I will always get room with beautiful view, including when I stay in Novotel Ploenchit Sukhumvit Bangkok, Novotel Semarang, and Novotel Jogja. Maybe because this is my first time to book from that app, then I got this room view. Unfortunately, I'm kind of person who will never complain at the hotel or ask to change my room. So I cant give 8 or 9 score because I'm was not happy.
