I arranged a very last minute meeting their executive meeting room. The room was very well equipped bright and airy. With an abundance of parking, great location and wonderful service this is a great hotel for such events. Highly recommedded

Terrible experience

Upon arrival we found the bathroom to be full of ants. After having the hassle of having to change rooms we were then located next to a “party” with a ridiculous level of noise that went on until the early hours. Zero sleep had before my son had an early start and important race day to attend. So disappointed in Mercure

Lovely and clean and spacious. A little tired in places but nice touches such as lovely toileteries. Great food in the bar, but slow service. Very friendly staff. Free parking. Good location for us. Remote control in the bedroom only partially worked. Perfect for a family trip.
