Enjoyed the stay at PULLMAN LIVERPOOL for four days at second floor. We had forgotten to ask for allergy room without carpets but new room was fast arranged by staff, although it was in principle full and not easy. Thanks for nice service - cleaning and making the bed when needed. Friendly staff that we met in corridor and at reception and to Tarik for filling up supplies. Best wishes Couple from Norway.

Warm welcome from the girl in reception and given all the relevant information. Tarik welcome us to our room and stocked up the fridge with our favorites and offered all the help we needed. Excellent service by the team and look forward to rebooking in the future!

We were made very welcome from the moment we walked in the door, greeted by the concierge before a quick and smooth booking in processes. The room was brilliant and the views were amazing. Special thanks to Razvan who recommended and requested this room at the time of booking. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady who booked us in at breakfast time for going "over and above". We found the prices in the restaurant a bit expensive but the food was tasty, the chef accommodating to requests, and the sticky toffee pudding was really good.

After staying at the Pullman before, it was good to see standards are just as good. The hotel is situated within a short walk of the train station, Liverpool One and Albert Dock which was excellent. The reception and bar staff were lovely and welcoming and our rooms were clean and well equipped.
