Awful! Late arrival to the hotel, reception was unmanned, after ringing the bell I was informed I had to wait for the receptionist. (20) minute wait after 14+ hrs of travel. I eventually got up to my room and grabbed the complimentary bottle of water out of the refrigerator, only to notice the cap had been punctured and had a hole in it. I called and got it changed out. The next morning, I was making coffee in the room. When pouring the boiling water into the mug I was holding, the lid which was broken fell off, pouring boiling water all over my hand. I was in extreme pain, but could get no help from anyone at the hotel. Front desk said they could not leave the desk unmanned to offer me help (strange considering the night before, that was no issue). I asked if she could send someone with ice or something for the burn, and was informed there was no-one to assist and nothing to help me. It took 40 minutes for her to call me back after I insisted she please look for someone to help, and inform me there wasn't anyone. I went down to the restaurant for breakfast and asked again for assistance. It took (3) attempts with the two staff manning the restaurant to explain to them (eventually relying on a translation app) and to convince them to find me some ice. I was told - go find a bag and we'll help you. I got treated like I was mad because I was in tears from pain and frustration. I had to wait till I reached my destination to get medical assistance. I was lucky not to sustain 2nd degree burns. Just awful, awful treatment and service from start to finish.

The hotel was easy to check-in to, and it was quiet. The room could have been cleaner but I only stayed for one night so it was ok. And then check-out was super easy.

Good location and good brand, however vary disappointed by the service, the guy at the front desk is unwelcoming, very cold and no accommodation just hrlere is your keys and go up, a second lady is stalling to bring us looters after we asked for them mentioning that she thought we will come down to get them, I won't stay with Accor hotels anymore as this is my last straw (kudos to the 3rd lady that she managed to change our room to more spacious after a leaking air conditioning)
