A mysterious payment of 131.97 euro was charged by the hotel. Despite the room was fully prepaid via Orbitz, while the room deposit was returned with a deduction of tax which was shown on the invoice sent to me by email. The 131.97 euro deduction seemed rather absurd. Apart from that, the hotel was generally OK. Facilities worked well. But money issues are essential to customers. Hope it gets sorted soon

Enjoyed our overnight stay right next to CDG. We arrived stressed after chaotic scenes at CDG but after a lunch in the restaurant, a quiet relax in our clean rooms, a drink at the bar & a good nights sleep in comfortable beds, we felt so much better. Facing the long haul flight back to Australia the next day wasn't so bad after our stay in Pullman Roissy. Special mention to Sabrina in the restaurant too... we had incorrect meal brought to 2 of our group (allergies to fish) and Sabrina apologized, changed it over to our original request while keeping a smile on her face. This would've been difficult for her to sort with chef and send back new meal, but she continued with a pleasant and happy attitude - very valuable staff member for Pullman.

Was perfectly located near Terminal 3 making it a great choice for an overnight stay. The room was great, the price (look around as the official site was not the cheapest) was very good and meal/ service in the restaurant surprisingly good.
