Your hotel did your best but too noisy

Because of the construction yard next to the hotel from very early in the morning, the stay was not good. But I think the hotel staff worked hard. I think the hotel should have notified this factor before guests book the stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of Riyadh, 10 minutes drive from the convention center and many other business destinations. The front desk are very helpful and always smiling. The rooms are clean and service is punctual. Age is starting to show in some wooden corners, but generally well-maintained. The only thing that bothered me is the parking. The underground garage was "in maintenance", so guests had to use the open parking across the street, which is still very convenient, except that the gate is remotely opened by the security guy who was almost never in place, so I had to wait, honk and even get out and look for him in the lobby; one time he was just at the internet terminal! During my one week stay, I met guests coming up from the underground garage and others going down to it so, "in maintenance"?! I will probable repeat my stay there, but I hope they fix that parking thing soon.

Nice stay

Hotel staff was very kind. Only problem was the 7th floor smelled heavily of cigarette smoke as well as our room 723. It was not disclosed that it was a smoking room/ floor and I would have requested a non-smoking area if I had known. This was the only negative part of my stay. but it may keep me from staying here again

I asked the reception for a non-smoking room. The sir was not helpful and I was in a very bad room for 2 nights with a strong smell of smoke and it was really horrible. and it seemed that the hotel was not fully booked... my request was simply ignored without any reason. and this is my first negative experience as a loyal customer
