We stayed at the hotel for 16 nights, everything was very cozy, in a great location in the very center of the city. Special thanks to the staff for the warm welcome and help!! Wery recommend this hotel for those looking for a budget hotel in the center!

Prefer N. T. S. M. N. Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

I wasn't able t. get in because m. booking code couldn't be recognised by the check in machine. The hotel wasn't manned either so I could n. talk t. anybody. I ended up going elsewhere because I had heavy luggage and didn't want t. wait outside for hours on end. But lucky you, who got m. money and didn't provide any services.

The rooms were very good value for money and the hotel was in a good location. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work in our room (it worked in our children’s room next door) and the bed was not the most comfortable for me.

Arrived to check in at 3pm and was left waiting almost 2 hours as the check in machine was not working. I frequently use the ACCOR range of hotels and was deeply disappointed to be treated so badly on a family holiday
