Heating in room a big problem

The air conditioning did not work. I had it set at 15 C but did not cool at all. Overnight the room was hot and I had a terrible sleep. At reception the next morning the receptionist told me that their air con system had been moved from cooling to heating as it was the last day of October. BUT there was something wrong with the room thermostat control as being set at 15 C would stop the heating coming on. I am still suffering from a terrible sleep.

We were told dinner was at 7. We went in at 7 and the food was already gone! There was no rice and no veal. The pans were scraped clean. They said there was no more except for fish and we did not want it. There was a big group there they must have let in early who ate all the food.The restaurant staff were not at all helpful. We were refunded for the meal but the staff person did not know how to refund on credit card so gave us cash. Also one of our rooms for 2 only had one towel. The other room the bed was so poorly made the sheets all pulled out from the mattress. We have all stayed at Ibis many, many times over the years but it has gone downhill so much we probably won't return.
