FIRST CLASS. STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, ESPECIALLY MISTER BANK IN THE RESTAURANT. ATTENTIVE AND EFFICIENT. ONLY CRITICISMS WERE THE DARKNESS EVERWHERE. MORE ATTENTION NEEDS TO BE GIVEN TO THE BATHROOM PLUMBING IN ROOM 912. THANK YOU FOR A COMFORTABLE STAY.

I recently visited the Muse Hotel for the second time this year. I want to thank Phoomie and Top for making my stay so memorable with the room decoration of Muse of the Day. Also, I had an inimitable dinner at the Medici Restaurant where is located below in the lobby. Especially, Thank you to Ms. Film the stunning hostess. She had an amazing service and made my dinner unforgettable. I promise to come here again and I would like to big thanks to Mr.O at the front desk team. He made my day off at this hotel perfectly. I rather recommend this staff can make your trip a dream come true. (over the moon)

This hotel is outstanding. The staff go out of their way to make sure that you have a great time. They are always cleaning or straightening something up. Hotel Muse - cost and convenient

The rooms are very cosy and the only issue is that it is quite dark. (Insufficient overhead lighting). The location of the hotel is also very convenient - close to CentralWorld and Chit Loem BTS station. The service staff especially Mr Top and his team are very polite and accommodating.
