Fabulous price and used as a base to travel around Thailand. Breakfast wasn't great but lots of eateries on the main road. Spoilt for choice. Pool was great. Staff were fabulous. Ideal location. Can't be beaten in price. The TUI rep nana was brilliant and no need to shop around for price on anything. Very reasonable.

Check in process was very quick and smooth. Bathroom was good and well equipped with all the basics you need. balcony had a great view of pool and the lime stone rocks at the back. Room lightings were good. Breakfast buffet had a good variety and it was all halal for Muslim travelers. It was a big plus for us. Location of the hotel was just perfect. 7/11 stores, spas, food places and beach were all within 10 minutes of walk. Which was the best part. The only thing which was really concerning was the electricity breakdown in the hotel while I was in the elevator. IT took them 5 minutes to rescue us. And there was no electricity for almost an hour. The other drawback was the partition door in the hotel room which was connecting with the other room. It was locked but still we could hear voices from the other room.

We have stayed in many Accor properties throughout the world and unfortunately this was one of the few poor experiences. The lobby, restaurant and pool areas are fine but the hotel is sadly let down by the size, design of the rooms and cleanliness of the bathroom. I am an Accorplus Gold Member and our room was poor. We had booked and paid in advance for 5 nights but checked out after only 2. Not only was our room very small but also poorly designed for anything more than an overnight stay. There was a horrible stale, musty smell whenever you walked into the room. The bathroom was actually a decent size but the shower was mouldy. There was a glass panel over the hand basin to allow natural light into the bathroom which was a good idea only the slim line venetian covering it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years. It was covered in dust and mould and every slat was twisted or bent. There was an old bracket to hold a hand soap dispenser on the wall but no dispenser meaning you had to step into the shower to get soap. The white towels were not white but grey and threadbare and some had holes in them. Breakfast on our first morning was very disappointing. The hot food was cold, selection limited and the crossant I tried was stale and inedible. All in all a very disappointing experience.

A lovely place, very clean, the clerks at the reception are kind and helpful in everything, especially Nub & Kendo. We extended our stay by 2 nights thanks to the amazing place and the entire staff. Thank you very much, I will highly recommend you.
