1. Restaurant shown in app about hotel closed. 2. Not allowed to put our food and beverage onto the room as we were only staying 1 night. 3. No amenities in the room, for example no shower cap.

Hotel was easy to get to and from on the bus from the airport. Room was a good size and very quiet. We could not hear any airplane noise.

Nice looking room. Decent location but must take bus to airport. Booked 2 rooms both ridiculously hot. No AC available. Fan blows only hot air. Windows do not open. Charged twice for parking as well.

Had 2 separate nights on 11 & 18 December. Unfortunately both had incidents. In general the potty toilet needs a sink! It’s not hygienic for a family room as the chances of the shower toilet being in used at the same time is high and there is no chance to immediately wash our hands after going to the potty. For the first night stay on 11th, the internet was down throughout the whole night. Surprised that such a network downtime happens for a long time in a reputable hotel in this day and age where service redundancies are fundamental. No service recoveries were offered for the inconvenience. Hoped that my second stay would be better. On the second night, the large towels that we got in the room were all full of lint. Using them were impossible. Had to survive with the smaller towels. Didn’t want to bother with getting new towels as we were too exhausted and unwell, and afraid they might be the same state as well. There are some positives in this night though. The Flave staff was very accommodating to our customized meal request in view that we as a family was not feeling well that evening. Also the front desk did great to help organize a taxi to help take us to the terminal as we couldn’t manage by ourselves to push the luggages by bus.
