I was informed that IVA must be paid because I used points for the reservation. It was a considerable amount and it was not written in the moment of the reservation. Front room is noisy. Shower was hard to use. Lights in cabinets would not turn off when doors were closet. We move to a new room in the back, shower mixer was loose. Decent breakfast, but staff was slow on cleaning up for new guests to use tables. Good spot, safe and tidy.

Bad environment since the entrance. The overall hotel conditions shouldn’t meet the standards of ACCOR group. Very old hotel and not make a proper renovation. A lot of dust in the carpet that make quite strong smell. Also bad smell from toilet.

The hotel is a good location central of tourist places my no so good experience was the response I received when I asked for a phone cable charger, they don’t have it because guests take them…. Also I lost a night in the hotel because my flight was cancelled and when I requested to speak with the manager for an exception and not being charged for that night they told me that I had to call a number, which I did and I couldn’t never speak with someone. A hotel should have a manager on promises to help with this type of issues.
