The good: The location is excellent, 2 minutes walking distance to the railway station and 7-8 minutes to everything else. The room is clean and has good space. The staff is polite. The price is nice. The bad: The breakfast is expensive and is perhaps worst I’ve tasted. Thin walls, you can wake up in the middel of the night by the sound of your neighbour flushing the toilet. And also, the hotel take payment for keeping your luggage before check in and after check out. Never heard of that before. Would I stay here again? I guess not. If the breakfast was better, cheaper and they stopped takling payment for keeping the luggage, then I would come back.

Good position near the station. Staff are just lovely. kind and helpful as I am visiting my husband in the hospital. felt very safe here breakfast good but a little unorganised.

Good budget hotel. Staff excellent and attentive. Hotel and bedrooms cleaned to a high standard. On the con side we were given a lower ground room with no outside window. This should have been explained when booking. Also the 2 single beds were too close together and might as well been a double

I been allocated in a very noisy room, every time someone flashes the toilet it immediately wakes us up. I complained and Daniela and the supervisor were very helpful changing us the room even they were fully booked, a big thank you for that. But also there were no blackouts in the room, which means I had a lot of light in the room at 5 am, which disrupted my sleep. I do work for this brand and they were no attention in asking for preferences or allocating the room according to my All Accor profile. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I would like to give a constructive one.
