The food was very good value for money. We had pollo pizza, fries and dressed salad, all of which were delicious! We shared the dishes between two of us and still plenty enough. Also arrived very quickly. We were served by Lorenzo who was very helpful and extremely pleasant.

Excellent location and a great welcoming Anthony checked us in with warmth and was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and big enough for us and our luggage and the bed was really comfortable. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Off to look for the peanuts now

Lorenzo was very attentive, fast service with a smile. The pizza was lovely. Made the trip a lot easier. The review asks for 200 characters minimum - not really sure what else to say. Food was good, service was good, room is a bit small but literally only need it for a few hours as I’m on the red eye special. I’ll stop now as I’m over the 200 characters.

Attempted to ring 3 times on Friday to ask about luggage room, no one picks up phone which disconnects without a message, even a sorry we can't answer. When we did arrive no mention of our membership (it's Gold) but whatever status all Accor usually greet us and thank us for being a member; whether in UK Austria or Hungary and whether I've been Silver Gold or Platinum. No offer of welcome drink voucher. Overall first impression poor. Fortunately the room was clean but the temperature control stopped working. Receptions response was a nod when I asked if it could be fixed for night 2. Just put out key in the drop box when checking out because frankly I imagine any suggestions about improving to Accors usual standard probably fail.
