Comfortable hotel stay

The check-in and check-out was smooth. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. Breakfast spread was good - there was the usual eggs, bacon, sausages, cereals, bread, as well as noodles and sushi. The not so good was a very small gym and non-air conditioned corridors. The only mall nearby is the King Power mall which only has the high end designer shops at duty free prices if you show a foreign passport. Perhaps not the best choice if you want to go shopping!

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a business meeting which was taking place at this hotel. The room itself was satisfactory and spacious enough. I was in the garden wing and the room was a far distance from the lift, but the corridor was really hot! Staff at the hotel were quick to respond to requests, which was good. I had the buffet breakfast and lunch on both days. The buffet was spread out over a large area but to my disappointment, there wasn't anything memorable, not so many choices and not enough Thai food! The hotel itself is a little out of the way from the main shopping belt of Siam Paragon and Ratchaprasong and with Bangkok traffic, you will need to take the BTS. The BTS station is within walking distance but the weather was hot and made the walk seem longer in distance. The only shopping nearby is the King Power mall which has high end shops and famous Thai snacks at level 3. If you arrive late at night, there is a restaurant that stays open till late behind the hotel, next to the Century mall. Also, the gym is far too small for such a large hotel, only 2 of each equipment and one weights machine.

All the staff are friendly and professional. I enjoyed buffet breakfast and dinner; staff are kind, thoughtful, efficient! Poi - staff in restaurant has enhance my dining experience with his thoughtfulness and smile. Food quality, room cleanliness, swimming pool... everything is perfect! I would love to visit the hotel again!

امضيت وقت رائع ولكن الافطار لم يكن بحجم الفندق وبخدماته لم يكن متنوع ولم يأخذ بحسبان " الخليجين " والطعام المفضل
