Overall good stay. It's just that our booking was with the use of the Executive Lounge - but their executive lounge wasn't on the same floor as the executive rooms and also it is not open 24 hours - so we really never got the chance to use this facility. The reception was not as friendly - given that we were Accor members (as we were attended to by the front desk as the time we went in the Accor / All team was not available). The other staff are all friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

I very impressed with the hotel from the facilities to the staffs my family enjoyed every moment while staying at Novotel Platinum pratunam. All the staffs was so friendly and attentive especially Best. The breakfast was one of the best with lots of variety. Kids love the play area and our king bed was comfortable and big enough for three of us. The area is do conveniently located with easy access to shop and transport.

We had wonderful time at Novotel Vintage park Phuket and Novotel Platinum Bangkok. Here at Novotel Platinum Bangkok Best and Ice from Accor lounge were really helpful and courteous. We were served vegetarian food everywhere and we had the greatest time possible. We loved it. Hope to see you soon.

Fantastic hotel to stay, very central. So many shops, restaurants, things to do and see. The executive lounge in the hotel is a great place to chill and watch over the busy city lights. Service and staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend place to stay

I recently stayed at the hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of my room.
