Our third time of staying here. Great hotel and great location! Lif at the pool bar always happy and very helpful kept the area looking tidy. All area of the hotel are Immaculately clean. Great choice at breakfast. House keeping always excellent

This is my second time in this hotel, I like the hotel location it was near from the most malls, no need to use a lot of transportation. The hotel service was amazing also people here were very polite, the room was very clean and quiet. Jib housekeeper was amazing and very helpful High recommended

I transited in this hotel for a night thinking that my Accor gold status would help have a positive experience. It was not to be. In my opinion an overrated hotel with fairly average service and hospitality and staff that requires a lot more training and skills. I paid in excess if $180 to get an executive room and they tried to put me in a dinky side room to larger room. As I am uncomfortable with extra doors in the room that open to god knows where, I requested for a change of room. Then they stuck me on floor 13, which in most hotels either doesn’t exist or people avoid it due to superstitions about the number 13. Then there was the issue of a complimentary drink on which I was given mixed, confusing, and embarrassing information. The lobby and outside of the hotel is loud and crowded. Not the kind of place you want to stay in for a quieter experience.

House cleaner Mr Jib is extremely helpful and friendly. 5 stars for him. He is communicable in English and give all his best service. He is polite, ready to serve and easy to understand. He can be a good leader in his team. We have stayed at Novotel Siam and is a mother good reason to come back.

Nice place it is within siam square, near siam paragon, siam discovery and mbk. It is also near in bts. Their staff were very accomodating and Ple cleaned our room well. It is Walking distance to central word, platinum mall and big C grocery..❤️🫶🏻🤗
