Very good location so closes to BTS National Stadium, shopping mall and Art hall. Reasonable price compares with the convenience. Many choice for the breakfast. Clear room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Dej ,bellman, provided excellent service and recommendations for nearby places.

Terrible hotel cancel one side for the rate and not contact by whatsapp or sms as usual.

Terrible hotel in my life as long my status platinum member in Accor as more than 6 years. The hotel cancel my paid reservation in my credit card which is i booked 4 rooms. They said member can only appky 2 . Thats condition they didnt inform me by whatsapp only email whichnis mynold email and i didnt notice. Even manager they can not give solusion and they ask me to pay more in that check in date suddendly woth the high price. Very poor service. Also breakfast they not rejected and ask my friends to pay and didnt told in the begining if the breakfast not included. And pay only 1 should be get 1 free and they didnt tell it. Im very not comfortable for this hotel service

So glad to be here this time. Great Location right in the Center .. and I'm very Happy to meet Khun Non - Front Desk Supervisor again because she is always very impressive, very pleasant personality and very friendly! Cap. Sakky & Cap. O at Lobby Bar are so cool with great service mind.. They try their best to cover up all great services to all guests & customers no matters how busy it is.. Good service and friendly staff in general .. We will be back again and again for sure!!

The room was clean, the amenities were all functional, the facilities were well-maintained, and the hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming, but the hotel’s location is close to the trendiest malls and markets of bangkok.

After visiting the Jim Thompson house, we went in the Mercure Bangkok Siam hotel to enquire about ordering a taxi since we only arrived in Thailand and one of our friends uses a wheelchair. Mr Jake Bellman was very kind to help us and advise us about the Grab app and the option to order a larger car. Once we had downloaded this app, we had no more issues in navigating around. Mr. Bellman also offered us an excellent service when the taxi arrived. At my next stay in Bangkok, I would surely consider staying at this service focused Mercure hotel. Thank you very much again for your kind support, Mr Bellman. You made our stay in Thailand much easier!! Best regards, Kristof and 4 friends from Belgium.
