As a valued ALL Accor Diamond Elite member, I sincerely appreciate your feedback as this helps me to reflect on our current service standard and look at ways to continuously improve our guest's experience and enhance your future stays. However, I understand that your recent arrival experience was not to your expectation and you were unhappy with the lack of recognition and service attentiveness as a loyal Accor Plus Diamond member. I sincerely empathize with your feeling and deeply apologize for the service shortfall and for the negative impression serviceleft from your recent visit. This is certainly not the type of experience I would like us to provide to you nor to any guests and it is most unfortunate that we had you leave our doors dissatisfied on this occasion. While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation, I also noticed that we have the opportunity to further enhance your future stays as you have scored us 80 out of 100. I acknowledge that 80 is an acceptable score, yet I genuinely believe that there is always room for improvement. I understand from your comment that you were unhappy with the arrival experience due to the delayed check-in process. I sincerely empathize with your feelings and humbly apologize for the negative feeling created upon your arrival, this is certainly not aligned with the anticipatory and helpful service standard we have been training our team to deliver back to our guests. I have called for an investigation, speaking with our Duty Manager and reviewing our logbook recording all guest's feedback, but understand that no comment has been raised to our team or recorded during your stay or upon your departure. I understand that on the day of your arrival, the hotel was operating at high occupancy with a heavy volume of check-ins, which unfortunately caused the inconvenience for you.
