As a valued ALL Accor member, I sincerely appreciate your feedback as this helps me to reflect on our current service standard and look at ways to continuously improve our guest's experience and enhance your future stays. While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation, I also noticed that we have the opportunity to further enhance your future stays as you have scored us 80 out of 100. I acknowledge that 80 is an acceptable score, yet I genuinely believe that there is always room for improvement. I understand from your comment that you were unhappy with the arrival experience due to the delayed check-in process. I sincerely empathize with your feelings and humbly apologize for the negative feeling created upon your arrival, this is certainly not aligned with the anticipatory and helpful service standard we have been training our team to deliver back to our guests. I have called for an investigation, speaking with our Duty Manager and reviewing our logbook recording all guest's feedback, but understand that no comment has been raised to our team or recorded during your stay or upon your departure. I understand that on the day of your arrival, the hotel was operating at high occupancy with a heavy volume of check-ins, which unfortunately caused the inconvenience for you. Rest assured that I have reviewed this matter with our Front Office Manager to and re-emphasized to our reception team the importance of managing the check-in process more effectively and providing transparent communication regarding the waiting times to avoid such inconvenience and reoccurrence in the future.
