My stay at Ibis Palmerie Marrakech was incredibly disappointing. The room was dismal, and the breakfast was not only revolting but also poorly maintained with no timely refills. This hotel falls far below the standard expected from Accor. Furthermore, some staff members displayed a complete lack of hospitality skills. Urgent action is needed to rectify these glaring issues and salvage the reputation of this establishment.

A bit tatty.....needs updating. Cigarette smell.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When I opened the window there were cigarette butts on the window sill. I raised this with the guy on duty who offered to change the room. The decor was a bit tatty and in need of updating. It wasn't good value. This was not a good experience of using IBIS.
