Frustrating that even as an Accor member they didn’t have the booking in my name that I made on their app. Someone had taken my sister’s name on the second room and made up an entire new name for me. Need to get the basics right. Rooms and corridors are tired and need a refurb. Team friendly.

Perfect location for me (arriving at and leaving from Gare de l'Est). I have come for several years and am struck by how they try each time to improve. The move to Nuxe products was great. This time it was the move away from plastic. I appreciated to have a big glass bottle of water in the fridge and a water fountain in the lobby!

Just a one night stay - conveniently situated for the Gare de l’Est. The rooms are small, but that’s normal for Paris.

I had spent some time trying to find a hotel that provided twin bedded room, as I was visiting with my mother in law and didnt want to share a bed. The room had twin beds pushed together so on the morning of the second day I asked if they could seperate these, which the reception staff assisted. Only to come back to the hotel to have the beds pushed together again. This was not what I wanted hence a twin room was booked. Could you please feed this back to your staff who might have been responsible for this?
