This is my second time visit at Mercure Surabaya Grand Mirama. Friendly and attentive staff greeted me with a warm smile. The breakfast buffet with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. The breakfast staff was attentive and friendly, refilling my coffee cup and offering their signature dish Soto Mirama which was good. Throughout my stay, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at the Mercure Surabaya Grand Mirama and would highly visit again sometime in near future.
