Bright and modern reception area, bar etc. with tasteful colour-scheme. Professional, helpful and kind reception with Marina. Also met lovely Camelia who too, was most hospitable. Also the English lady (whose name I missed), when I checked out early, was courteous, friendly and efficient. (Your staff are excellent!) My suite was well-planned, spacious plus 2 large TVs. Immaculate bathroom with good amenities. Loved the wall-mural behind the bed! A part of the reason for choosing this hotel was that I prefer opening windows…for fresh air. Good and inconspicuous room-serving too. (The only negative; the upholstery on chair and carpet requires cleaning.)

I stayed for 3 nights last week whilst travelling on business. The hotel is situated about 20 mins walk from the main area. Convenient for business travel, less so if on vacation. It's 10 minutes from the airport by taxi. All staff I encountered were so friendly and helpful. WiFi is available. The hotel is basic, rooms are clean. I stayed in a suite, which was quite large. There was a fridge with a bottle of water. A nesspresso machine with 2 pods, and a couple of teas. The kettle was pretty disgusting, clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time and had white sludge in the bottom. There was a decent sized safe, and plenty of storage. The bed was large and comfortable. There was a large TV. The bathroom had double sinks, a decent shower with Rituals shampoo and shower gel. A hair dryer was available. Breakfast was provided with mostly continental options, which were fine. There was a small bar and a shop available with options that could be microwaved in room. There was also a small pool, which I believe was closed. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and easy access to tram stops. Overall, the hotel suited my needs. I would be happy to stay again.
