Well located, fresh and clean hotel with free parking and an excellent breakfast

Arrived in the evening as I had a conference to attend in the area on the Sunday. Excellent welcome - Status recognised and free drink offered (take note IHG who has stopped this benefit!) There are a number of nice and affordable restaurants nearby (walkable). Room clean and fresh. We had a problem with the heating in the room and the front desk staff (evening 02/12/23) could not do more to help us. First she found us a radiator. Sadly it did not work well so she helped us to move to another room. Additionally we were leaving the hotel very early on the Sunday morning (0530am). The staff kindly arranged for a full breakfast to be available for us before we left. Excellent service all round!
