This was a special holiday our 50th wedding anniversary our travel agent had informed the hotel of this without our knowledge when we entered our room there were two swans shaped from towels with rose petals scattered around we were completely overwhelmed then there was a knock on our door a complementary bottle of champagne to help us celebrate our anniversary simply amazing and overwhelming

Kind reception, comfortable room. good breakfast. The only bad point is that I have forgotten the mobile charger in the room ( I think it was room 314 for the nights o the 21 and 22 of April). I have called and you have found it but you have requested me a credit card for a normal non urgent post mail to ship it to Mendrisio. From Basel to Mendrisio a normal letter/package I expect is just few CHFs. I thought that since we are clients every year for the SwissBioteh event that you could offer it as a courtesy. If not , please use the same credit card used for room payments . I will inform my management about the extra charge and I will reimburse them directly since I prefer not to give my personal credit card for the shipment. it is not definitively what I have expected but I would do so
