Highly recommend when you come to Praha, stay here. Closed to everything in town, metro, buses, and others. Breakfast is superb, great selection of option . Bar inside of hotel , very friendly staff and helpful. Room are very comfortable and ready to rest after having fun in great city.

We knew the iBis brand was a cost conscious brand, that’s why we chose it. But it lacked very basic items such as hand towels and kleenex. Also, sewer gas entered the room through the shower. We reported it and they did put drain cleaner which helped for a day. Then the smell was back and the second reporting resulted in no change.

The location was good, was able to walk everywhere. There are shops, cafes and markets nearby. The staff was welcoming and handled the problems immediately. “go green” policy is also in favor of the customer by providing reward points for the members. The cleaning and space in the room was ok. I’d love to charge my phone next to my bed but the sockets were not situated accordingly.
