My friend and I stayed over for going to a show. Hotel is ideal for a shower and sleep type stay. Basic but clean and Comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would stay again. However.... I left my ear buds. I know exactly where I left them too. I've emailed 3 times and tried to phone 3 times but just get cut off. My stay was 2 weeks ago and I have not had a reply to any of my emails. I have no faith whatsoever now that I will get my earbuds back. Very very disappointing customer service

Hotel is located quite a far walk outside of city center. offers free car parking and an regular breakfast (nothing fancy though). rooms quite small and no place to put the suitcase

I have absolutely no idea what the rooms are like as I didn’t get past the reception area. The room wasn’t for me ,but was told that the person I had booked the room for couldn’t be accommodated as there was a company policy in place as no staff were trained to deal with people “like her”. We left in disgust and I was handed a business card and told to email my complaint to the assistant general manager ( I had asked to speak to the manager, but this fell on deaf ears).Despite sending 2 emails to the assistant general manager over a 2 week period, she hasn’t even had the decency to even acknowledge my complaint. Customer care at it’s worst and just hope that if you do stay there, there are no issues to complain about, as it’s unlikely you’ll get anywhere.

Close to the ovo hydro arena and a short walk to the town centre. Staff were all very polite and friendly. Rooms could do with being a bit nicer as a lot of parts were broken and screwed back together
