All staff were very helpful and cheerful. The building was clean and the room beautifully cool. We had clean towels every day . I spilt some sand all over the floor from a costume and the cleaner can in and hoovered it up for us . Was disappointed there was no kettle and sachets to make a drink in the room . So I went downstairs and brought back up two cups of hot water and put my own coffee in it
