Not sure how this hotel has a 5 star designation. It’s a mediocre hotel near La Défense arena. The convenience to the arena is great and the staff is friendly. Rooms are very outdated with dingy carpet and cracked tiles, but clean. The rooms were noisy and windows don’t open so there’s no fresh air. The AC works marginally so the rooms are warm. You receive 2 bottles of water upon arrival but there is nowhere on the premises to buy water or snacks. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in this hotel expecting a five star property and getting a three. I stayed the next nights at a 4 star property in Belgium that was an enormous upgrade from this one.

Room was excellent but the shower leaked and literally flooded the bathroom with two inches of water every time we used it
