Hot, Noisy, Poor WiFi

Should have slept on the bench outside. Hotter inside than out, super noisy with overhead planes, free WiFi that wasn’t strong enough in rooms to connect. Miserable reception staff on the evening. Wonderful reception staff at breakfast.

Hotel clean but could still smell cigarette smoke in rooms. Outside area noisy with music and arguments into night which isn’t fault of hotel but does affect experience. However we left behind a soft cuddly giraffe which is very special to us. We’ve emailed the hotel directly as we didn’t realise until we had travelled a long way and got another Accor hotel to email but we are disappointed to not have had any response at all from the hotel.

Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. Concerning a soft cuddly giraffe that you have left in the hotel, the person who cleaned the room is part of the interim staff and she did find the giraffe, but unfortunately, she threw it away; She thought it was worn out and you left it intentionally. We are very sorry and please accept our sincere apologies. Measures are being taken to ensure that this type of situation does not recur in the future. Great transport links, but the area, lack of air-conditioning and cleanliness is an issues. The room themselves are spotless. But the lack of facilities to wash your hands after using the bathroom is awful. There are sanitizer boxes nearby but they were empty for the entire 4 days we were there. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was lacking, but I guess it was nice there was anything there at all. Cheapest available anywhere near for the Olympics, did it's job.

The room was very hot so we had to sleep with the windows open. People could enter our room this way. Off course there is noise from the Plains, but you would have to close the Windows to be able to sleep. So... I slept 1 Hour!!!

I wouldn’t let my dog sleep in this place! Non-smoking room stank of stale smoke and cannabis, communal toilet seats covered in urine (no en-suite in this hotel!) Broken glass in the fire exit doors, random stuff hanging from bedroom windows and men in various states of undress and inebriation wandering aimlessly around the hotel. Doors wouldn’t shut or lock properly, keypad entry system to rooms not working so the staff solution, give you a skeleton key which would open any, yes ANY room. We were part of a group of 73 with 36 rooms booked overnight. Most of us stayed all of 10 minutes, booked other hotels online and left!!
