All the staff were polite and friendly. The duty manager of the afternoon and evening was particularly helpful. Comfortable room and relatively quiet. Despite the proximity to roads and a roundabout the hotel was a quite place.

The room was OK but we unhappy that the restaurant was closed on a Saturday night despite a tour party being served there.

The room was OK, the staff were OK, the restaurant was closed on the night we stayed, the hot food for breakfast was cold and much of what we wanted had run out when we wanted it. The three breakfast staff stood talking amongst themselves most of the time we were having our breakfast. The hotel is conveniently situated for us but the other faults took away from what could have been a nice stay.
