There were no kettle, i had to go every time to get hot water. There are no mini fridges. The kitchen guy was so rude he firstly didnt allow me to put 50€ cheese which is well packed for travelling in the fridge. The lady with him was rude. Julia was nice and elhaji was nice also they were good help.

We used this hotel for a concert at the Zenith. The location was perfect for walking to the venue. The room was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were welcoming and informative for what we wanted. We would definitely use this hotel again for a similar stay.

Disappointing Front Desk & Bar Staff

I would have rated our stay much higher but I brought a group and spent more than 4500 EUR for our 3 night stay and when we came back from our late night Eiffel Tower visit I asked the front desk if they would give me change for 100 EUR. They were not friendly and told me no, they didn't have any change and told me to go to the bar and he would give it to me. Well he was snarling at me, telling me no and very nasty! Finally I went back to the front desk and there was a very nice man there named Eladji, and he finally gave me the change but a guest should NEVER have to go through that experience, especially when bringing a large group and spending a lot of money. It is very rude and no hospitality at all! Other than that, our stay was good.
