Milo, in Reception, was brilliant; particularly in regard with sorting out a minor query regarding a bath. Access to the pool was easily arranged too. Good job Milo! : )

Decent stay, good location and the room was satisfactory to our needs. It was odd not having the toilet in the main bathroom as it was very cramped inside what felt like a cupboard.
