HI I was very disappointed with my stay , I booked the junior suit for 3 people , when we arrived I was informed it was only for 2 , after awhile we where allowed the room . We had breakfast only on the Friday 10th and one purchase from the bar in the evening of the 10th. When I came to check out on Sunday 12th , the young man dealing with the check out was trying to charge me for breakfast for 2 days ,more drinks and room supplements , I tried to explain we hadn't had all that I was being charged for , unfortunately I had to leave without it being resolved as I had a flight to catch . I was assured I would receive a call to sort it out ,I didn't get any call , so I still don't know what I have been charged for . We always stay at the Mercure hotel St George when we came to Toulouse and always have a pleasant stay , so thought we would be getting the same comfort and quality unfortunately that wasn't the case . It was my sons wedding in Toulouse this weekend , so very disappointing that we should have a bad experience with you . I would be very great full if I could have a full breakdown of my bill . kind Regards M B. M B.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the confusion and inconvenience you encountered regarding your booking and billing. I understand how frustrating it must have been to not receive the level of service and comfort you expected, especially during such a special occasion as your son's wedding. Rest assured, your feedback has been taken seriously, and we did investigate the issues you raised and we can confirm you’ve been charged for only one bar but the billing appears on two separate lines as the VAT is different between alcohol and soft drinks. The total amount of the bill at the bar was 31€ (4€ soft and 27€ alcohol). Regarding the breakfast, they are automatically billed on everyday basis and we cancel them if not taken upon check-out, i do confirm you've been charge only once for breakfast during your stay . Once again, please accept our deepest apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced. We value your loyalty as a returning guest, and we are committed to making things right for you.
