We travel with two kids by car. The fact that the hotel offers parking spots without hassle, that their lobby is big enough and has a bit of everything you might need when you arrive (drinks, sofas, a little corner for children, seatins areas, enough soace to maneuvre suitcases, a fussball!!) already makes you feel welcome. Also, the hotel is quite new, it is clean, the staff is simply fantastic, and generally the prices are not bad for Frankfurt. I love that they leave an empty minibar and a kettle in the rooms. They’re very near a supermarket, tram, train and bus stops… Rooms are not too big but they’re well distributed. I realised too late they offer the possibility of skipping the daily cleaning of the room in exchange for points which I like for short stays. It should be advertised a bit bigger, we wouldn’t have changed the towels during our stay.

I was not satisfied with the hygiene and cleanliness of the room. Since I am traveling a lot I can compare with other hotels and my standards are also high, which were unfortunately not fulfilled in your house. The fridge, kettle, telephone and shower were not as clean as I have expected it to be.

2nd time returning, location and comfortable stay as per our previous time. We enjoyed the breakfast and the provided snacks, do not know when we will be back, but my kids like the foosball table - perhaps a little maintenance ? :)
