Glad to have stayed here a couple of time. Siam Paragon leads me 2 mins by foot. Happy to be served by polite and courteous staffs MAM and A. They did give a cheerful day with their gesture at the premier lounge. I do appreciate staff manning the lift a level 1 for having a long standup. Do hope to get a same warm hospitality on my next trip.

Very nice room service.Clean and tidy. Breakfast is always top notch. Staffs are super friendly. Mr Jib and Ms May attends to our needs almost immediately. We enjoy staying here and we will stay here again when we visit whenever. Well done team

This is the 3rd time I’ve brought my family of 14 for our yearly pilgrimage to bangkok. There was a hiccup prior to my arrival and I am so glad the issues was solved and my stay exceptionally awesome vacation was made possible by the GM Mr Gerald Houdardy and his 2 capable Guest relations Officers Khun Proud & Khun Noey with the addition of a new manager Khun Tent. As expected the hotel was bustling with many holiday makers but the staff has been most accommodating. Thank you for everything and rest assured we will be back and do take care . Hope to see you guys namely Khun Proud and Khun Noey soon!!

Stayed Novotel Siam Square which has indeed of one the best location situated in the heart of action in bkk. With easy connection and access to BTS interchange, it makes it a perfect choice. Stayed in a executive room. Well appointed and comfortable. The highlight was the staff at the executive lounge. Friendly and attentive, a little private oasis from the bustling streets outside. Mint, Pae , Proud and mum were the stand out. They both work and down time equally as relaxing and enjoyable. Always a pleasure to stay at Novotel Siam Square.
