My Family and I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Évry-Courcouronnes. The staff were absolutely WONDERFUL and super accommodating from changing our rooms to 'handicap accessible' last minute to taking great care of us during busy hours at dinner. We truly could not have asked for better. The location of the hotel was perfect. The rooms/bathrooms would so comfortable and roomy. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, with lots of options and the best breads and pastries. I will definitely be back to stay at Novotel. Thank you!

Good hotel for this business trip

Kaïs Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

3 nights on a business trip. Clean room, quiet environment, smiling staff, good restaurant. Note that the restaurant closes at 10:00PM (and not at 10:30 as I was told). Staff at the bar is very young. They do their best, but still have a lot to learn. Consequence : one can wait for quite a while for a beer. For the two above reasons, I gave a 7/10.

the worst price-quality ratio I have ever experienced

I got an outdated room with a smelly bathroom and long pieces of hair on the towels (and even on the ceiling). The staff has limited English language proficiency, and there was absolutely no vegan option for breakfast. It was a great disappointment.

Well located as the hotel are opposite to my office, but still needs to be improved in many aspects

1. The FOH and BOH staffs lack of sync. My company sent email to the hotel, but FOH said no email. Then BOH re-check and found email. 2. No fridge to store some foods, and no air condition. 3. The restaurant should be opened on weekend lunch due to some customers are still in the hotel, and difficult to find foods. 4. No bottle of water provide in the room like other hotels, but need to get the water from share cooler at the middle. 5. Cleaner staff cannot communicate in English. How to serve or communicate with foreign customers?

Unfortunately our standard rooms are not equipped with a mini-bar, our superior rooms are. 3. The restaurant is not open on weekends because breakfast is served until 11 a.m., but around our hotel there are plenty of restaurants at the reception we can introduce them to you. 4. We do not provide esu bottles in the room as we are a CSR hotel and we provide water fountains with jugs that you can refill and take back to your room. 5. Unfortunately our cleaning staff does not speak English because they are there to clean not to communicate with customers, for the slightest problem you can call the reseption directly. It is essential for us to know the feelings of our customers, whether positive or negative, in order to improve our services every day and offer our customers the best stay. Poor Service and Room Quality

I stayed at this hotel for A. business trip and was quite disappointed with the experience. Despite having A. confirmed booking that was supposed to be covered by my company, the staff initially couldn’t find the reservation and insisted that I provide payment. I explained that the booking details had already been sent by my company, but they made no effort to resolve the issue. Only later did one of the staff finally locate the email, but by then, the situation had caused unnecessary frustration. On top of that, the room was outdated and in poor condition, far from what I expected. The laundry service was also A. major letdown—my clothes came back smelling like cigarette smoke, which was unacceptable. While the booking issue was eventually sorted, the overall lack of attention from the staff, combined with the poor room quality, left me unimpressed. I hope the hotel improves its service, but based on this stay, I can't recommend it.
