Very kind and available crew. Hotel needs probably to be refresh (corridor first, bathroom second) Ev area - Chadebo plug type out of order should be repaired as well

Pool out of order, rooms were listed as “new” - were nice but worn out

The rooms were as when we last stayed with you, which was in 2019. No new things there. The AC didn’t work in 121 (the room was very hot). Our chilierne has lots of fun last time and enjoyed the pool after a long, hot day in the car travelling. This time it was very green and out of order. The pool was actually the reason for choosing this hotel.

The hotel is good and safe. Still, some renovation work needs to be completed. The hotel front is not well visible.
