Two night stay. Had some volume issues with (apparently) the gym directly above our room in the 4:45am-5:45am hour first night. Overnight front desk clerk offered to move us to a different room for the following night’s stay and we took her up on it. Room was upgraded/larger which was not necessary but appreciated. Handwritten acknowledgement/apology note from Serena was a nice touch. Enjoyed the rooftop Halo bar two nights (Mon/Tues), the lobby bar Mon night (tried Tues but closed) and thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the Sky Room on Tuesday night while sitting at the bar. Food and wine were both excellent and the bartenders were both extremely personable and capable.

Everything was fantastic from check in to check out. The staff we encountered were pleasant, and put in great effort to make sure our needs were met. Most specifically we had great service from Mervin and Shelly, who attended to our needs at Nettuno, Natalie serving us at Halo. We requested our Nespresso machine be changed due to water heating issues, and they were quick to respond. However, there is clearly an issue with the machines, as the replacement had the same issue. I do wish I had know that we were able to access the spa during our stay, and only learned of this perk on the day of our departure. Beyond that all the spaces were wonderfully appointed, clean and made for a rejuvenating staycation.

I felt very welcomed from the moment I got out of my car and entered the hotel. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in Nettuno was very quick and perfectly cooked.

Everyone, the from the front desk to the bars, to the valet, to the bellmen, the room service, the cleaners, the servants- overall customer experience from me is "ABOVE and BEYOND" and with all SMILES!!!!
