We had about 50 people come to the Fairmont for an entire weekend of overnight stays, breakfast, dinner, cocktails at Halo, and so much more for my wife's 50th birthday. We invited both locals and out of town guests from New York and everyone was blown away!

Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words. It truly meant a great deal to all of us to host you, your family, and your friends for such a special milestone. Celebrating your wife’s 50th birthday with 50 of your closest guests was something we will not soon forget. Seeing everyone together throughout the weekend, from breakfast gatherings to dinner celebrations, cocktails at Halo, and in the Spa was such a joy for our team. We are especially happy to hear that the Presidential Suite and the attentiveness of our colleagues helped make the weekend feel seamless and memorable for everyone. Thank you again for trusting us with such a meaningful celebration. We hosted a business event with a total of 13 guests, 2 from our company. We booked the hotel to provide an elevated experience for our clients. Our dinner in the Sky Room was great; the service and the food were excellent. We wished the portions were a little bigger for $159 per person before drinks as everyone had to be very careful how much they served themselves and one guest and myself and coworker who hosted definitely left still hungry. Again the taste was was exceptional, we just needed the sides to be a little bigger especially the crab cake and the potatoes. We booked a group breakfast and had the emails to prove it. The restaurant did not have our reservation and would not accommodate us that morning due to another group booking. So, we all sat at different tables - and I noticed that group never showed so I wonder if that was supposed to be us and the host just didn't realize. There was only ONE server for the whole restaurant, so service was very slow that morning. Also, up in the Sky Room the hosts refused to allow us to go to the bar and start our tab for the dinner before we were seated. I thought that was very strange -- we were there to eat and drink, why not accommodate us? Instead, they sent us upstairs to the rooftop. Overall, I left with the impression that the hotel really didn't care if we were there or not, so I doubt we will book a client visit there again. Which is a shame because it really is a beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms.

Everything was well done. Good food, good drinks, good massage, good bed. In-room coffee maker did not work but was quickly replaced. The coffee maker brand is not a favorite (nepresso) but it worked eventually. Beautifully restored and re-designed building.

I had a good time in Fairmont Breakers Long Beach. The room was comfortable, and the service was all good. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable to stay and have breakfast.

The hotel is absolutely exquisite! Customer service was outstanding in every aspect. We dined at the sky room which was extraordinary, highly recommend! The spa lounge is amazing, the perfect place to relax and unwind. The doorman made me feel like a celebrity, never missing a beat.
