Small but clean and well-equipped room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. My room faced the road, but it was surprisingly quiet and I wasn’t bothered by the noise. The customer service was excellent! Check in staff member was so lovely and welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The other staff member who had previously booked me in on the phone also acknowledged me and checked that everything was set up properly. Only one improvement would be to shelter the tables near the entry as I had to drape my coat over my legs to stay warm whilst eating dinner due to the constant drafts. Maybe needs rearranged furniture or more solid one piece screening or a heater to counteract? Dinner was delicious too.

My room was very loud - some kind of electrical buzzing and lots of noise from what sounded like pipes. Got very poor sleep which did not fare well for driving back to Melbourne in the morning.
