Great customer service, however breakfast tasted like ot had been sitting there for a long time at 8:30am. My scrambled eggs were dry and the bacon tough and dry as well. However the rooms were amazing and comfortable.

It’s clean, nice well designed room, just what I needed after a full day at work. Although the smart tv doesn’t have other apps other than Netflix, it was still good. Staff in the hotel are all really nice and friendly

We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Bendigo Shaller. Reception and all staff were friendly and very helpful. We made use of the bar and cafe and enjoyed the comfortable seating area. We also loved all the artwork everywhere. Our room was small but very compact, comfortable and extremely well organised with plenty of workspace, chairs, wardrobe space and everything you could possible need. Separate bathroom was quite spacious with great shower and shelf space. Our room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. Also our room had a small balcony. The location was great, walking distance into town and close to Chinese Dragon Museum. If you cannot walk far, it’s easy to use Uber/taxi if you don’t have a car.

This was the perfect spot for my two night stay. My room was superb....beautifully appointed, sparkling clean, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I was particularly impressed with the extra touches - a jug to fill up with water at the fountain, a food cover in the microwave and everything perfectly clean. Reception staff are always happy, polite and professional. The common areas on ground level and the outside areas are always so neat, clean and tidy. The Schaller is always my go to when staying in Bendigo.

The room is clean. Plenty of information on display. It's handy having the plates and cutlery available as well as the coffee machine. Moccona instant coffee is my favourite plus a good range of teas.

Great welcome (gentleman, grey suit) from start. Fast check in. Rooms very small (vs your other all Accor brands) but for the money, great. Maybe needed redesigning slightly (eg not two small Table/shelves in room etc). Showers were also great.
